Khushboo Agrawal

Hello, I'm Khushboo — builder, tinkerer, future founder.

I work where logic, creativity, and ambition overlap. I've built dashboards, automated financial reports, and shipped real-time apps — but what really excites me is turning scrappy ideas into something real.

A little about me.

The usual suspects, plus a few things you didn't ask for.

I'm Khushboo — a CS & Business student at NYU Stern who thrives at the intersection of logic, creativity, and ambition. I've built dashboards, automated financial reports, and developed real-time apps, but what truly excites me is the journey of turning scrappy ideas into something real.

Outside of code and coursework, I'm a certified chocolate connoisseur, a soon-to-be skydiver, and currently learning how to build my dream PC, piece by piece.

Someday, I hope to launch a startup that blends technology with purpose — and have fun while doing it.

Where I've been.

A few stops — finance, audit, venture, mobile. Lots of learning.

Returning Intern

EssilorLuxottica

Heading back for Summer 2026 — genuinely excited. Planning to pick up where the last internship left off and push the data tooling further.

Commercial Sales Data Intern

EssilorLuxottica

Designed competitor-benchmarking dashboards in SQL, Python and Streamlit that Sales and Product Development now use to spot assortment gaps and pricing trends — feeding directly into portfolio strategy conversations. Also rebuilt the sample-ordering flow, cutting it from 6–7 hours to ~5 minutes (≈99% faster) and getting manual errors out of the loop.

Audit & Assurance Automation Intern

Deloitte

Wrote Python tooling (pandas, openpyxl, python-docx) to automate the MS Office workflows the audit team lived in. The headline win: financial report generation went from ~4 hours to 2–3 seconds — a 99.97% cut, and a much happier team.

Venture Capital Intern

RadiusVC

Built data pipelines that pulled and cleaned startup data from PitchBook and Crunchbase, then layered Python-based scoring models on top to evaluate companies across financial, product and market signals — the kind of homework that makes a partner meeting shorter.

Software Engineering Intern

Settlin

Shipped Flutter UI components and wired them up to Firebase for real-time updates inside a Scrum cycle. Plugged in REST APIs and proper localization, which dropped the app's crash rate by ~15% and made the whole thing noticeably less rage-inducing.

Also Teaching Assistant — Projects in Programming, NYU (Sept — Dec 2025). Mentored undergrads in Python, SQL and data‑science workflows, plus a healthy amount of grading and project review.

QuantEdge.AI

My startup · currently building

An autonomous intraday trader. The focus is event classification — using ML and deep learning to figure out how world events ripple through specific sectors and all the way down to individual industries.

The biggest fight right now? Sourcing enough high-quality labeled data to train models that actually generalize. Open to introductions.

Learning out loud.

Bite-sized videos I record while teaching myself AI and ML — half study notes, half talking to myself until it makes sense.

Foundations ~3 min

What is an embedding?

The intuition, the geometry, and why king − man + woman ≈ queen is a real thing.

Transformers ~5 min

Attention, demystified

Why we weight things, what Q, K, V actually are, and the softmax-step that makes it click.

Startup notes ~4 min

Labeling financial events (the hard part)

Notes from QuantEdge.AI: where the data lives, what's noisy, and the taxonomy I keep rewriting.

New episode soon

Working on: backprop intuition without the scary math. Drop a topic you want next.

more episodes roll in as I learn — refresh in a week :)
